It is a single occupancy tenancy although we're cool if you have a partner but not if you've got plans on moving them in with their entourage for mad parties and the like anytime soon :-p. The communal areas of the flat are furnished, sofas, & T. V etc and a well stocked kitchen, plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The shared bathroom has a bath with combined shower. You will have access to some storage space in the fridge freezer, a deep drawer in the kitchen, some space in the bathroom unit and there is an ample cellar for a few boxes of property should you need it.
