My tenants and I are looking for a mature working professional to share a quiet, sunny house on a room by room basis with 3 others. The house is fully furnished and I provide a large range of cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen has 2 fridges and a freezer and each tenant has his/her own cupboard space in addition to a large larder. Utilities and bills such as council tax, water, gas , electricity, internet, TV licence and gardening are all included in the rent. The house is semi-detached with a sunny south facing garden in a private cul-de-sac off Oaklands Avenue. The area is very quiet with off-street parking on the forecourt for one car. There are further on-street parking spaces on the main Oaklands Avenue itself. The available room is on the first floor overlooking the garden. It is a sunny south facing, single-sized room with a 3/4 sized bed, a bedside table, a desk and office chair and a chest of drawers. Personal storage space and hanging area is available in a built in cupbaord on the landing. The sunny garden is fenced and equipped with cast iron garden furniture. There is a small conservatory attached to the living room for smokers. Otherwise this is a non-smoking house. Assured shorthold tenancy agreement for 6 or 12 months on a room by room basis. I have 3 hard working, quiet, professional gentlemen tenants They are aged 47 (a taxi driver), 53 (a church warden on furlough) and 46 (a Costas manager) and one delightful dog that lives downstairs.
