We have a good sized kitchen and a communal snug / sun room, leading on to a sunny patio. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. It is a recently refurbished three bedroom semi in a quiet cul de sac, walking distance to the station, with a direct train to Manchester airport and Crewe. Five minutes to the M6 motorway. Ideal for Radbroke Hall, Manchester airport, Crewe, Knutsford. Holmes Chapel is a lovely village with everything you need. I am looking for mature working professionals, who are clean and tidy. The downstairs is nice and spacious. With the current need for social distancing, it is large enough for us to live quite separately, as there are two living rooms, two entrances, and everything you need in your own room. However, you would be welcome to share our snug / sun room. or the patio on sunny evenings, or you can relax quietly or watch TV in your own room. TV, internet, and utility bills are included. There is a patio and garden outside, reached via French doors. There is a large dining room through to good sized kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, double oven and hob.
