Hello future flatmate! 👋🏻 I am moving out after buying my first home and looking for a replacement. The room is available now. I had planned to move out on April 20 but can be flexible to move out sooner for the right future tenant. The room is located in the Goodmans Fields development in Aldgate which gives all residents access to a cinema room, gym, spa, swimming pool and roof garden all included in the price. Most importantly, there are two decent pubs with outside space beneath the building set to reopen on April 12th. Both serve excellent roasts. You will benefit from a spacious double room on the 15th floor with panoramic city views and a spacious shared kitchen/living area. While not en-suite, you will effectively have your own private bathroom as the flat is 3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms. And the flat benefits from Sky TV (inc Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+) as well as gigabit broadband. The room comes part-furnished, containing everything you need except a bed. Although i am open to negotiation to leaving my bed or at least the bed frame behind. You’ll be moving in with two flatmates- Roman, 25, who works in tech and Maddy, 26, who works in finance. Both are WFH at present. They enjoy a glass of wine of an evening, and the odd Deliveroo. We’re pretty social and like to spend time as a flat playing games, watching films or Netflix series (although we’re running out of them at this point...).
