Hi there, I have a gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in Exchange Quays. This flat comes with an amazing workspace, cinema room and gym overlooking the waters. The Exchange Quay tram stop is right across the road so it's very convenient if you need to get into town. It takes about 8 minutes to St. Peters Square and 12 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens by tram. The flat is also located a 5-minute walk from Wharfside Tram stop which is only 11 minutes to the Trafford centre if you like shopping. The flat is 550 a month and comes with free broadband so you will be saving on that. Water and electricity come to approximately 75/80 each so the total would be around 625-630 per month. Ideally, I am looking for female students to save on council tax as this area is a little pricy due to its location. This flat was initially quite a bit more but my flatmate and I managed to secure a good deal with the agency so I thought it would be a shame to let it go when my flatmate moves out in August.
