Cozy double room next to Euston station

The room will be available from July 2021, but you can view it now (of course, just wear your mask, and we can arrange a time). The first photo was taken before I changed the layout of the room. Before it did not have a working space. I am moving out for continuing my study somewhere else. The table (in photo 4) will go with me so if you move in and want to study/work in the room, you may want to take/buy your table. All bills are included. We pay landlord our monthly rent the first day of each month. You are also expected to sign a contract with him and pay him directly. Every two weeks we have a cleaner to come and clean the common public area on Monday. We always clean up the mess we make, so we would like to have a new flat mate who is also clean and tidy. Our flat is literally next to Euston station (just HS2 is in its way), also Euston Square station and Warren St station are at 3min walk. If you explore this area, you may find that are close to UCL campus too. It is at a walkable distance to everywhere in Zone1. It is currently shared by two professionals and a undergraduate student, all friendly. When the weather is good, we spend time on the roof terrace (a very good and not crowded spot for sunset) for a drink. My lovely flatmates would like to have someone who is also taking care of the flat, for example, not putting food waste to the kitchen sink, not leaving expiring food in the fridge. It would be good if you also enjoy trying different food. At some nice weekends, we spend time in the kitchen making Italian or Spanish food night.
