A lovely furnished very large double bedroom available at my home in Heage. The room has fitted wardrobes lots of storage space, double bed, TV/DVD combo, decorated to good standard, but if you was staying a while and wanted to change colour it should not be a problem upon discussion There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 2 reception rooms, Dining room, Large Kitchen with small table & 2 chairs; Outside to the rear there is a large decked area with small garden. To the front again is a large decked area, grassed area and a double drive so off road parking is available All shared facilities, Gas central heating, integrated kitchen appliances, Microwave, Dish washer, Washing Machine etc. Superfast broadband/Wi-Fi, SKY TV all included. Rent is inclusive of all bills except the land line telephone....and of course food!! I have a little dog (westie) very chilled out and sleeps most of the time he is always up for a walk if you are interested? and there are lots of nice walks around Heage. Heage is a beautiful village set just outside of Derby. It boasts three pubs and a local corner shop & Chippy... Belper & Ripley town centres are only a couple of miles away which has a larger selection for shopping, drinking and eating establishments. Road networks are very good with A6 and A38 just a couple of miles away and the M1 a few miles more. Derby city centre is 15-20 mins by car. Part week lets considered I am away 2 to 3 nights per week
