The apartments are in a premier building in a prime location and an ideal base to explore London. The immediate area of Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Spitalfields will be of interest to foodies, art lovers, and those who would like to savour urban cool. We have a friendly check in and check out service, so we will await your arrival in the lobby of the building. We have hosted guests from over 70 cities, 95% of whom have recommended our place. We have hosted leisure travellers, and also business travellers who have appreciated our great location. As we operate on a friendly basis, please let us have a few words of introduction about yourselves with your enquiry. On entering the apartment, you will see that it can sleep up to 4 people in the two double beds. There is an airbed for a 5th person. You will observe floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning / heating, washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, television and free wifi, Blue Ray DVD player, a cafetière (French press) and a choice of regular and decaffeinated ground coffee, regular and herbal teas, all of which ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hotel quality bed linen, salon quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryers are provided. Laundry detergent, fabric conditioner and dishwasher detergent are also provided. Avantgarde has an impressive foyer, 24/7 concierge, residents lounge, roof terrace, and residents garden. Longer term residents can access the fitness centre on completion of the induction (these are the building rules). Shorter term residents can use a pay per use gym (Pure Gym) in an adjacent building, so just minutes away. On the ground floor, there are five restaurants, and a cocktail bar. There is also a Sainsbury's grocery store, which is open from 07:00 to 23:00 where a good range of essentials can be purchased. There are ATMs just outside Sainsbury's. Transport links are excellent with Shoreditch High Street station just 2 minutes away and Liverpool Street station just 10 minutes away. At most times, there are Uber cabs are available in just a few minutes. Shopping locations such as Bond Street, Oxford Street and Knightsbridge can be easily accessed by public transport in 20 minutes. The West End theatre and entertainment venues are also 20 minutes away by public transport. Business travellers will find the location within walking distance to London's financial and technology hubs, and Canary Wharf is just a 20 minute ride. This apartment has a strict no party/event rule and security will ask violators to leave immediately with no refund. For the safety and comfort of all the residents, there are security patrols and CCTV cameras in the common parts of the building. No illicit drug use anywhere in the building. Anyone appearing to be intoxicated will be asked to leave the building. No more than 5 people can stay in the apartment, or in the apartment at any one time. Please do not give out our address to anyone or have any mail sent to the apartment. Cleanliness is very important to us and our guests. Unlike a hotel, we do not have a lot of cleaning staff to call on. We would like to ask our guests to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state, so that our clean can bring the apartment up to a high standard for our next guests. Please do not use hair colour products in the apartment due to staining of linen and furniture. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony, the residents garden and in any of the common parts of the building. Per UK law, smoking is prohibited anywhere in the common parts of the building. Please do not smoke at the entrance to the building. No pets are allowed. Valid ID's are required at check in for each person in the booking request. Families are very welcome. Please note that the concierge works for the building, and not specifically for us, so please contact us if you need anything. Of course, the concierges are friendly and would be happy to chat when they are not busy ! They are primarily concerned with the smooth running of the building and with security.
