About the flat: This is a great flat. Top floor, light and spacious, warm and easy to keep clean. No mice and quiet neighbours! Centrally located (10 min walk to John Lewis/Queen St), 2 small supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a small park across the road, a great doctors surgery round the corner... a real gem. Big living room with a balcony, big dining kitchen, spacious hallway, roomy boiler room for storage and coat cupboard.
