You will be able to get access to front and rear gardens. All rooms have locks and keys. The house is fitted with virgin broadband fast enough to stream movies. £200 will need to be paid in advance as a deposit. Also the monthly rent will need to be paid in advance. I will require a photo copy of either your driving license or passport for security and a reference from your work. I’m ideally looking for professionals for long term rent.
