There is free on street parking on the road and the house has parking space for 2 cars. I am due to move in at the end of November. I am friendly, clean and respectful of others. I enjoy social and alone time equally and this house is perfectly suited for both. I have a pretty busy life style, juggling between my music therapy and healthcare jobs while trying to fit in some fun and fitness in between. I would like to treat this house as my home and I would like you to feel at home too.

After exactly 4 years, I will be moving out from my lovely flat to move abroad. I live with my sister in a very cute and clean 2-bedroom flat directly opposite the park in Zone 3. The move in date is flexible and depends on how quickly the reference checks are done. I would recommend approximately two weeks for this. The room is a good size double. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves. There are 3 dual plug points as well. The flat itself comes fully equipped with everything you will need: an abundance of kitchen utensils, washing machine, cleaning supplies and storage. We get a good amount of natural light too. The carpet is new throughout, and we have new sofa covers in the living room too. One thing to note is that the fridge is small. Somehow we have made it work. My sister would be open to purchasing an additional fridge for extra space if required. We recently got new fixtures in the bathroom (in October): a new floor, bath, and a double headed shower. Some more work is scheduled for new lighting and decorating in the coming weeks. There is a front garden which is great for exercise and to chill out in in the summer. Our landlady is GREAT and fixes any issues we have asap. We have regular inspections and maintenance checks which always come back perfect. The building and garden is also maintained by a groundskeeper each week. Amenities and transport links are very good: - the flat over looks a large park and is 1 second away from a bus stop. - Streatham station is a 7 minute walk (serving King's Cross, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Wimbledon, London Bridge etc.) - Streatham Common station is a 12-15 minute walk (serving Clapham Junction, London Victoria, East Croydon etc). - an abundance of buses to Brixton underground takes 15-20 minutes. And the same time to West/East Croydon too. - bus to Tooting Bec underground is 10-15 minutes. - The high street is 5 minutes away with an M&S, Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, Iceland, x3 gyms, x2 post offices and many restaurants. A reference check will need to be carried out but this is free of charge and includes overseas addresses. The deposit is 5-weeks rent and is secured through the DPS scheme.
