This is a 3 bedroom flat on the second floor, where one bedroom was joined with the living room, so we have a really big shared living room with the dining table. The living room is a shared space with more cupboards, big tv, good audio system, access to the balcony and all the stuff needed for the comfortable life. The internet is 65Mbit/s - more than enough for everyday use. Kitchen was recently refurbished so it's very new and has a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a balcony I have been living here for quite a while so this is more like a home and we have all the kitchen stuff you might need (cups, plates, cutlery, pots etc.), bed-sheets, blankets, pillows, different tools, lots of space for all your stuff around the flat to make it feel more like a home About the flatmate: He is very nice friendly guy :) very easy-going and laid back. He would like to have a flatmate to share occasional drink or dinner with. He is 33 professional. He is also very tidy, so definetly a convenient guy ― very comfortable to live with. . If you like to bring friends or relatives over this is totally fine with him :) Location: 5 minutes to Sainsbury, Lidl, M&S and other high-street shops. The flat is almost exactly between Eltham and New Eltham stations, so it is around 13 minute walk to Eltham and 15 minute walk to New Eltham depending on your walking speed. Plenty of busses here too, around 25-30 minute bus to North Greenwich, 5 minute busses to New Eltham, 10 minutes to Eltham or Mottingham, 20 minutes to Lewisham. If we come to an agreement, the minimum contract is 3 months, 1 month rent deposit, but if something goes wrong, again, we can figure something out and due to COVID-19 we are very flexible on terms and are understanding.
