Dunes View is our recently renovated beach front home, featuring open plan living accommodation, clean modern décor and a wealth of features to make the most of beach front living. Relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea on the extensive balcony with comfy outdoor furniture and watch the tides wash in and out and the sky in all it's glory, no matter what the time of year. The lounge area features cosy sofa seating for 6 adults and there are two huge bean bags and deck chairs to support a relaxed and flexible family atmosphere. The large picture windows really do showcase the spectacular sea and dune view, without compromising on your privacy. There is a 50' plasma screen, dvd, free view and high speed internet access is included as standard. The Kitchen is very well appointed with all the mod cons you would expect (dishwasher, microwave, double oven, gas hob etc) and the open plan living arrangements means that chef is never excluded from the action or the views! The stylish bedrooms, all on the ground floor, feature new linens and fresh decoration. Two are ideal for adults featuring King Size beds and fitted wardrobes, the others perfect for kids (one has full sized bunks, one 2x 2ft6 singles) so extended families or 2 family shares can be easily accommodated. Two bathrooms, (one shower/bath, one shower) have been recently decorated and installed and feature pumped water pressure systems. Even the mundane aspects of self catering are well catered for. There is an extremely useful utility room featuring separate a washer, dryer and sink - which is accessible straight from the garden to help you deal with the inevitable sandy shoes, clothes and toes. The shower room connects directly here also, so getting the sand out of the harder to reach places is also a breeze. As you would expect, the property is centrally heated. The Garden features a range of outdoor furniture and planting and extensive and private patio area, with your private beach access, which in a matter of footsteps, takes you through a lovely grassy area through to the dunes and the gorgeous, safe and clean Greatstone beach. The Hot Tub seats 6 adults and is located in the private rear garden, so when tired of the view upstairs, have a soak in the tub and enjoy the lovely garden. Day or night, winter or summer, the bubbles are terrific! We accept that not all our guests will want to use this facility, and reflect this in our charging structure. 'Woburn' is a spacious detached property has a real feeling of luxury about it. Superbly positioned on the Dunes, with enclosed rear garden, having spacious patio area with comfortable recliners & loungers, as well as a wooden bench & table & a gas BBQ. There are steps up the Dune in the garden to a top area for sunbathing. Those who cant manage the climb can access the Dunes a couple of doors along via a public footpath. This is proving to be a firm favourite for holiday makers, so don't delay & risk losing out. It has under floor heating downstairs and electric heaters upstairs. Power for the heating & water are from solar panels. The property has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 persons. Two bedrooms upstairs, (one double with sea views, and one twin beds) and two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with twin beds and one with bunk beds). There is also a travel cot (bedding for the travel cot only is not provided, so please bring your own). All beds have Duvets Linen is included in the rental. It has two bathrooms, a shower room WC on the ground floor and a bathroom, with bath, having shower over & WC on the first floor. An open plan living area. You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play. No handicap certificate is required. There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too. Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a green side bunker. Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire (£5 per hour) and the sea is only a few minutes walk away. All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at our friendly, well stocked Pro’s shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trollies and equipment can be hired from the shop.
