It is a double room which includes a double bed, a tall wooden wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. You'll be sharing the house with 2 girls and have shared access to all the facilities. The ground floor includes a fully-fitted kitchen-diner with washing machine, dryer and all other standard features. There is an extension to the kitchen which offers a very nice living/social area with french windows out onto the garden. The 1st floor has a large lounge with tv, a large sofa and two arm chairs. There are two off-road parking spots available. We are looking for professional housemates that are clean, tidy and respectful. The bedroom is priced at £425 pcm and is available now. All bills are included this covers a cleaning service, which visits every week to clean the communal areas of the house. Viewings are recommended as the pictures do not do it justice. It is a 10 minute walk to Westgate train station (10 minute commute to Leeds) and to the shops and bars. It is also very close to the motorway. All bills are included in the monthly rent including wireless broadband, gas, water, electric, maintance etc. I have all the usual kitchen appliances.. dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer etc etc. I am a very easy going individual with lots of different interests. I work in Leeds and tend to be out and about quite a lot with friends and family. I have 2 awesome cats who are very good entertainment!
